Laundry Room:
There is an updated washer and dryer onsite, and we provide a few complimentary laundry sheets. 
 
Bathrooms:
The bathrooms are sparkling clean.  We provide fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, makeup towels and a starter set of spa quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide hand soap, rolls of toilet paper, and a hair dryer.
 
Kitchen:
Well equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home.  A dual coffee maker for ground or K-cups.   Basic items like cooking spray, oil, spices, etc are left as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.  

Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind from other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.


House Manual:
There is a detailed house manual with everything that you could ever possibly need to know about the space and the local area, including Wi-Fi information, device instructions, contact information.
 
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home.  

Please complete a walkthrough of the house/property before departure to ensure no valuables are left behind. Be advised we are not responsible for any items/valuables misplaced or left behind.  

The house is open and accessible year round and the roads are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.

Mountain communities value their peace and quiet.  Most residences and guests are here to experience the natural beauty and peacefulness our area has to offer.  Please keep noise to a minimum at all times.  

Outdoor trash:  We do not want to attract wildlife like bears or predators.  Please dispose of all trash in bear proof trash can at the street. 

Early check ins/Late checkouts may be available.  Please be advised there is a fee of $50 per hour for both early check ins and late check outs.  Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints.  

Please be advised:
Violation of pet or smoking (inside) policy $300 minimum deep cleaning due to significant health risk to owner.
Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout (initial 10 minute grace period) will be subject to a fee of $75 for every half hour increment.  Thank you for your understanding.

This house was very nice. It was perfect for my family of six. It was very clean, updated, and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay in Colorado. The newly added jacuzzi was a nice plus. The only drawback to this house was the location. It is fairly remote and most of the attractions that we visited in the Colorado Springs area were a full hour drive to and from. It was about a 25 minute drive just to get to a nearby town that had a few shops and restaurants. However, we knew that when we rented, but there was nothing else available closer at this level of value. That said, the place is in a beautiful secluded wooded setting and the weather was wonderful. Lots of wildlife too, including a visit from a bear. The area has a lot to offer and we had a great vacation. Those hosts were very quick to respond to a couple of inquiries as well. Aside from the distance from everything, I would definitely recommend this house.

It was a great stay and I recommend this house if you want a peaceful stay, enjoy the hot tub, and have plenty of space to hang out with family and friends.

highly recommend for a family vacation! There were a bunch of us and this house was nicely spaced out with multiple rooms. We could have come not bringing half the things we brought because this home provided everything one would need for cooking and cleaning up. The host was very responsive and we appreciated that so much!! We love Colorado and hope to come back soon, we will rebook with this host and 10/10 recommend them!!!
