One of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! It was so clean and well kept with an abundance of amenities. We went to RMNP every day and it was so nice to be so close to the park. We loved the fireplace for relaxing after hiking and truly loved all the recommendations Jeff and Rene left for us. We had one fluke issue that they addressed in minutes and involved them working into the middle of the night for us. We would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again if we come back to Estes!

This place was the perfect getaway. We loved the thoughtful surprises upon arrival, the beautiful home & views of the mountains, and the convenient location - a minute’s drive to RMNP and close to everything you want to do in town. We look forward to visiting again!

The home was beautiful and the little touches such as candies on the pillow were such a lovely touch. Everything was clearly marked and the notebook filled with things to do and see was so helpful!

Perfect location, so close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Mule deer grazed in the yard every day. Jeff was a super responsive and welcoming host. The house was very clean and cosy. It had everything you could possibly need. Jeff and Rene thought of every detail. We loved the welcome basket!

Beautiful and peaceful location, very well stocked and furnished, and responsive host. This was the base for our family of 6 (including two little boys) for visiting RMNP and Estes Park. We ended up using the kitchen on several occasions, and found the RMNP visitors and hiking guides quite useful. Our kids also played several board games that have been thoughtfully provided. Thanks Jeff and Rene!

The Bluebell Mountain House was very accommodating for our family of five during our stay in the Estes Park area. When we arrived, we found the house to be very clean and welcoming. The location of the house was perfect as we drove to various hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park and as we also enjoyed local restaurants. Communication with the hosts was very timely. We definitely were pleased with this house!

Highly recommend this Airbnb for a vacation in Estes Park. The location is super convenient to the park entrance and downtown Estes. Jeffrey was incredibly helpful and considerate. The home was clean, homey, with every amenity you will need.

The house was adorable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for our stay. I didn't realize we had to purchase a timed entry to RMNP until I got a message from our host. Thank you for that! We ended up getting into the park before 9 am anyway, so it all worked out. The neighbor across the street was friendly as well as other neighbors when we went for an evening walk. The proximity to the Beaver Meadow entrance saved us a couple of times.

We loved our stay. There were so many thoughtful touches. The house was very well laid out and organized. Jeffrey truly thought of everything his guests might need. I was very thankful for the stain remover he provided when I got food all over my favorite shirt. It was the easiest, most pleasant stay. We hope to get back there again.

My family and I could not have asked for a better location - we walked to the market and restaurants, and it was MINUTES to the Beaver Meadow entrance to Rocky Mt National Park. The cabin was SO WELL organized, with the kitchen cabinets labeled with what was inside, and the amount of supplies from condiments to spices to utensils was incredible. Even though it was July, and we didn’t need them, they had snowshoes and sleds available for use! The amount of board games and channels available on the tv was also a great perk. Jeff was super communicative and accommodating; when the refrigerator was acting up, they replaced it the very next day! When we return to Estes Park, we will be staying here again!

We felt right at home with our 4 children at this very cosy house. The house is located 2-3 minutes drive from the park entrance and a short drive downtown. Jeff was very proactive in comms and quick to answer any questions. What stood out the most for us: 1. Super well equipped kitchen with a lot more than just the basics, 2. The quality of beds, 3. Wildlife around the property, 4. Priced very appropriately.

My wife and I could not say enough about this spot. Jeffrey’s place is private, yet walkable to so much. I don’t know that you could stay at a better location visiting RMNP- it’s literally right down the road. The home was beautiful, clean, and easy to get to. You can tell a lot of work and thoughtfulness went into making this place special. We really hope to come back soon!

We have stayed at many AirBnB's and this was among the best. Incredibly responsive hosts who had great local recommendations. Extremely organized house stocked with everything. We will definitely stay here again!

We found the cabin last minute and Jeffrey was able to accommodate a late check in for us. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The Rocky Mountain National Park is only minutes away and there are two restaurants in walking distance with great food and drinks. We weren’t sure what to expect as this was our first time visiting Lake Estes and we plan to return to visit more places. It was so convenient being able to utilize the sleds and snow shoes for our Rocky Mountain adventures. The only thing we missed was a hot tub but we were so tired by the end of the day we didn’t complain. The cabin and surroundings are beautiful for sure! The kids loved it. Definitely recommend.

The bluebell house was probably the most organized AirBnB we have ever stayed in. From labels on everything to the book with so many helpful recommendations, we loved our stay here. The home was so cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the location to the park, literally only minutes away. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. There were also little welcome gifts that made it even more special!

While the home was terrific what stands out the most to me was how clean it was. I mean spotless! We’ve been renting vacation homes for years and have to say I was impressed with the cleanliness. Having said that everything about it was great. They go above and beyond with stocking the kitchen - even had an emergency food stash to help with first night. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Everything was clearly marked in the house so you knew where to find stuff. Jeffrey was quick to answer my questions before our visit and we felt at home while we were there. The house had plenty of room to sit, bedrooms were great and the showers were what you would want at home. So often rental homes have cheaper furnishings and fixtures but not this house. Everything was just as described. Highly recommend staying here if you are going to Estes!

This place is amazing. It has everything you need, fully stocked Beyond your typical expectations. Very clear instructions, every place in the house is clean and spotless. Pristine location. So many elks and deer around the house while we were staying. We definitely want to come back again.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at! The location and proximity to RMNP was a huge perk and made getting to the park easy. There were so many amenities and everything you needed and then some was there! They truly went above and beyond to make their house feel like a home!

We had a wonderful week staying at the Bluebell residence. Everything in the house was ready for us upon arrival. Jeff was wonderful at communicating what we needed to know. The amount of amenities at the house was incredible. We felt right at home. The organization of the kitchen is impressive!! The location was perfect. We were a few minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and had plenty to do all week. There were so many good restaurants to choose from and they were all very convenient to get to. The amount of space in the house was perfect for our family of 5. We had a great visit for our first time to Colorado and we would absolutely return to this house. It was a perfect experience for our family.

It was a great stay! The hosts were responsive, the home had lots of extra supplies that were really helpful, and the location was fantastic. The only thing I would note is to use the window fans because it was a little warm our first night with the August temps. Highly recommend! Oh and we saw lots of deer at the home!

Our stay was great. Perfectly located between Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. House was great, clean, & as advertised. Also very well-appointed & extremely well-organized. The kitchen had all the things you may need & more, including multiple ways to make coffee & all the supplies you’d need (including an assortment of flavored syrups). Zero complaints to speak of. Even got to watch a mom and two baby elk come through the yard a couple of times. GREAT basecamp for our few days in Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely book to stay here again! Not a complaint, but FYI for future visitors: listing very clearly says there is no AC. But that wasn’t a hindrance in late June 2024. Warmer upstairs where bedrooms are than downstairs. But there are ceiling fans in two main bedrooms, all three bedrooms had tower fans. Also, night time temp was great with windows open. Again, not a complaint, just heads up for future visitors. But 100% stay here!!!

We had a wonderful stay! This home was the perfect place for our family's trip to Rocky National Park. We have young children and this home was very kid friendly. The attention and care the hosts put into their home is very apparent. Every amenity you could wish for and the location is amazing for access to the park! Highly recommend!!

What a sweet spot for entering RMNP, just 5 mins from the Beaver Meadows entrance. Wow! Loved the location, amenities, friendly communication with hosts. Wonderful binder of recommendations for hikes, restaurants, & more. Great upper deck for morning coffee &/or evening beverages. All great -- highly recommend!

We were supposed to be in another Airbnb but after a few hours the heat still wasn’t working. Jeffrey and the team at Peak responded right away and accommodated us last minute. Everything was perfect and we had amenities we weren’t expecting. It’s the special touches that set this property apart from others. We would have settled for a heated shack to help us get through Colorados third winter but this ended up being a five star stay! Thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated, this is how you do a rental right! Cheers!

My whole family enjoyed our stay. The perfect location for visiting RMNP. A few minute drive to the entrance, specially helpful for an early morning hike. The house is just as described and has a bunch of little details that we appreciated in the kitchen including utensils and condiments that most Airbnbs don’t have.

We were staying at a local hotel and were very disappointed and booked this house last minute. They responded quickly and were very helpful. We created many family memories at this beautiful home! My grandparents were very pleased to spend their 55th Anniversary here! We will be returning ☺️

This was a wonderful home for our family hiking trip to RMNP. We were a party of 7 and there was plenty of room. We felt right at home. First of all the neighborhood is very peaceful. I would get up early and sit on the back porch with my coffee. If you have early timed passes to get into RMNP you don’t have to leave too much in advance because the entrance is right down the road. You can walk to some eateries and the grocery store. One night we had a BBQ on the back porch after a long day of hiking and like others have said, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. All the extra amenities that Jeffrey and Rene have thought of really does make this Airbnb stand out from the rest. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here.

All instructions were extremely clear and thorough. It left no questions or major concerns, which, when planning a hiking trip in the mountains gave so much peace of mind. The place was super clean, super organized, and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend for groups or even small families making a trip out to Estes.

Awesome stay and great location with respect to the park

This was such a great place to stay! It was soooo clean, close to the park entrance and had everything we needed for a great stay! You do have to drive into town. And just to note the “walkability”. We have a toddler and although there are a few (delicious!) restaurants to walk to, you have to walk on the small shoulder of a road and we weren’t quite comfortable doing that with her walking or in a stroller. Adults and older kiddos would be fine :) Thanks for a great stay!

This Airbnb was like being at home. Anything and everything you could imagine needing is available for your use. Very convenient to the park entrance and some of the top restaurants. And to top it off they made sure my birthday was extra special!! We will return as we love the park, Estes and now have a slice of heaven to stay in while enjoying the area.

Our hosts were great communicators from booking through checkout. The welcome basket, personal note and chocolates on our pillows were a great touch. The house is located just moments from the park entrance and to many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a home away from home.

The house was great for our large party! Its location just outside of downtown was perfect for fun days and quiet nights with the stars. It’s also close to the beaver creek entrance to the Rocky Mountain National park.

This is the most clean airbnb I’ve stayed at. On the quiet side of Estes minutes from the park. Lots of provided amenities like coffee. Great value

We had a wonderful stay (2 adults and 4 children)! The home was very nice and very clean. The kitchen was very well-appointed and we found the cabinet labels to be very helpful!!
